Intervision

The establishment of regional intervision groups is another option in the course of the mentoring process. The mentees are invited to discuss and organize such groups during the kick-off seminar.

The intervision groups meet in the intervals between the central seminars. If desired, they can be continued once the mentoring program has ended.

Each group meeting lasts one working day. Travel expenses are borne by the participants. They also determine the topics to be discussed as well as the time and venue.

If required, the mentees receive organizational Support by the Hildegardis Association.

The aim of the intervision meetings is to provide collegial counselling and peer support for any questions that may arise during the mentoring year.

The instrument of collegial counselling is intended to be useful to the mentees in the professional context as well as beyond. Implementation tips will be part of the mentoring manual.
